PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION NOTICE

Pursuant to Art. 13 European Regulation 2016/679

In compliance with the provisions pursuant to and for the purposes of Art. 13 2016/679 AVV. AGATA NASINI, in her capacity as Personal Data Controller, in the person of her pro-tempore legal representative, informs you of the purposes and methods of the processing of the personal data collected, their scope of communication and dissemination, as well as the nature of their provision.

  1. PURPOSE

The data collected, subject to processing, will be used by AVV. AGATA NASINI to reply to any requests you may have made.

  1. METHODS

The processing of data is carried out by means of computerised procedures or, in any case, telematic means or paper supports by internal and/or external persons specifically trained and appointed. The data are stored in paper, computer and telematic archives and the minimum and appropriate security measures provided for by the legislator are ensured.

  1. COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION

The data may be communicated to third parties for the performance of activities functional to the structure, such as those of maintenance and management of the site and, more generally, by all employees also of Third Parties (suppliers of services, infrastructures, information technology and the like) who are involved in the management and supervision of the same and duly appointed as data processors. In this case, use by third parties will take place in full compliance with the principle of fairness and lawfulness.

The data will not be subject to dissemination.

  1. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

The data subject may assert his/her rights as expressed in Articles 15, 16, 17 and 21 2016/679, by contacting the Data Controller. In particular, the data subject may obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and its communication in intelligible form.

The data subject has the right to obtain information on:

  1. the origin of the personal data
  2. the purposes and methods of the processing
  3. of the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments
  4. the identification details of the data controller, data processors and the designated representative
  5. dei soggetti o delle categorie di soggetti ai quali i dati personali possono essere comunicati o che possono venirne a conoscenza in qualità di rappresentante designato nel territorio dello Stato, di responsabili o incaricati.

The interested party has the right to obtain

  • the updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data
  • the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed
  • certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.

The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part

  1. on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of collection
  2. to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purposes of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

The updated list of external data processors can be consulted by submitting a written request to the Data Controller mentioned above.

  1. TERMS OF CONSERVATION

Data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes listed above in accordance with the law.

  1. NATURE OF CONFERMENT AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL TO ANSWER

The provision of your data, the object of the processing, is optional. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is legitimate interest.

For any processing of your personal data falling within the specifications set out in Art. 6 of Regulation 2016/679, you will be asked for your explicit consent, in accordance with the regulations in force.
